Chopdraw is a discovery and showcase platform for custom motorcycle giveaways. We curate listings, publish builder profiles, and point riders to the official place to enter. We are not a raffle operator, a sweepstakes sponsor, a payment processor, or a party to any transaction between you and a builder.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the site — it's genuinely that simple.

Every giveaway listed on Chopdraw is created, operated, and fulfilled by the builder who runs it. The builder — not Chopdraw — is responsible for the legality of their giveaway in every jurisdiction where they offer it, for their published rules, for running the draw, for announcing the winner, and for delivering the prize.

When you click through to enter, you are dealing with the builder under the builder's terms. Read them. Chopdraw does not guarantee any giveaway's outcome, timeline, or fulfillment, and cannot award, replace, or recover a prize.

Chopdraw does not sell entries and never handles entry payments. All purchases happen on the builder's own site through the builder's own payment processing. If you have a payment dispute, it is between you and the builder and their processor.

Where the builder's rules or applicable law provide a free method of entry, that method is described on the builder's official page. No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law, and a purchase does not improve odds where the law says it can't.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter any giveaway listed here, and giveaway eligibility varies by state and country according to each builder's rules. It's on you to confirm you're eligible before entering — a listing appearing on Chopdraw is not a representation that it's lawful for you specifically to enter it.

We vet builders before listing and we screen for the red flags described on our trust page, but vetting is not a warranty. We may decline, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or builder profile at any time, for any reason, without notice — including reports we receive, changes to a giveaway after publication, or plain judgment calls. Curation is the product.

Builders are responsible for the accuracy of everything in their listings: photos, specs, entry pricing, deadlines, and the entry link itself. By publishing on Chopdraw, builders confirm they own or have rights to the content they upload and grant us a license to display it on the platform, in social previews, and in promotion of the platform.

Uploading someone else's photography or misrepresenting a build is grounds for immediate removal.

Don't scrape the site at abusive volume, misrepresent an affiliation with Chopdraw or a listed builder, use the platform to promote a giveaway that hasn't been approved, or attempt to interfere with listings, accounts, or draws. We may suspend or ban accounts that do.

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chopdraw is not liable for losses arising from a builder's giveaway, including undelivered prizes, cancelled draws, or disputes over rules — your remedies for those lie with the builder. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the platform itself is limited to the amount you paid us, which in the current phase is nothing.
